Mr. Torres Alfonso has a Master’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Miami, where he gained experience in race relations and economic development. He has a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Law School. As a lawyer, he has prior experience in criminal litigation practice. Additionally, he previously served as a law clerk in the Court of First Instance in Humacao.
