Mr. Silva-Cofresí has over 40 years of experience in labor and employment law. His practice focuses on counseling management and litigation of labor and employment matters, collective bargaining agreement negotiations, union avoidance and campaigns, arbitration, management of collective bargaining agreements, certification, and decertification proceedings, unfair labor practices litigation, and workplace safety and health issues, as well as assisting in onsite inspections from administrative and regulatory agencies, such as the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Puerto Rico Department and United States Departments of Labor.
