Ms. Rosa-Rojas served as a Summer Associate in 2024, where she began to develop experience in various areas of employment litigation, including workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, unemployment, and wage-and-hour claims. She subsequently joined the firm as an Associate.

Ms. Rosa-Rojas graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, graduating first in her class. While attending law school, she worked in the Office of Legal Counsel at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus, where she provided legal advice and support on a broad range of matters, including contracts, personnel issues, student affairs, and institutional compliance. Ms. Rosa-Rojas also completed her legal practice at the Civil Litigation Legal Aid Clinic, where she represented clients in matters involving debt collection, contract disputes, trade secrets, family law, and trusts and estates.
