Ms. Rodríguez is admitted to practice law in Puerto Rico and the state of New York. She has a strong litigation background in the Federal District Court and has over 16 years of litigation and practice experience. Her practice area is focused on employment discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment and wrongful termination claims. She also has experience in assisting employers with internal investigations and audits. Ms. Rodríguez also assists clients with collective bargaining agreement negotiations, union avoidance and campaigns and management of collective bargaining agreements.
