Ms. Rivera graduated from the Interamerican University School of Law in 2020. Before joining SCMP, Ms. Rivera handled general civil litigation matters. She also worked in the Unemployment Division of the Puerto Rico Department of Labor attending appeals filed by claimants regarding the Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA). Ms. Rivera joined SCMP in 2022. Since joining SCMP in 2022, Ms. Rivera has collaborated in employment discrimination litigation and administrative cases including unjust dismissal, disability, and age discrimination claims.
