For more than 30 years, Mr. Manzano’s practice has primarily focused on employment litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts. His practice area is focused on employment discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination claims.   Mr. Manzano also has ample experience handling labor and employment issues within the medical industry and its governing bodies, and assisting employers devise and implement reductions in force, reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions.  

 

Mr. Manzano is a  lecturer on federal jurisdiction for the Fideicomiso de la Escuela de Derecho de la Universidad de Puerto Rico.  Mr. Manzano has been recognized by Chambers & Partners Global as a Leading Individual in labor and employment law since 2014, and by Best Lawyers since 2015.
